Le Paradoxe is situated at a height of +/- 900 m, in the middle of the woods and the mountains,
nearby the lovely village Montferrier, but very reachable (at 20 kms of the high way)
The house is completely isolated, far away from the busy roads, where peace and calmness is
dominating but although only 10-15 minutes away of the villages with their shops , bakeries, etc...
The house is surrounded by acres of woods and has a magnificant view at the mountains.
To enjoy all these beautiful nature, there is foreseen a terrace.
Garden furniture and a barbecue are available.
The house has a surface of 160 m2, with a capacity of 2 to 8 persons.
There are 2 floors ...
On the first floor there is a wonderful living room of 80 m2, with lots of clarity and sunshine.
It's existing a dining room, a sitting room with TV and an insert, a kids corner and an american kitchen
with sitting bar.
In the sitting room there are 2 convertible sofas that can be convirted into 2 double beds.
Downfloors are 2 bed rooms (3th one nearly finished), 2 bath rooms, 2 toilets and the hall.
The first bedroom with a double bed and a built-in cupboard.
The 2nd one has 4 seperate beds and 1 double bed.
The baths room have a big mirror cupboard, bath/shower and a built-in cupboard. There are 2 toilets.
All rooms have central heating.
The hall has a big built-in cupboard.
There is also a terrace and a garage.
